Summary of the Order Process

When a call is received from a customer requesting to place an order, His/her number is collected in order to retrieve their personal information and previous order.

After the order is taken, the customer is given a total amount which includes the item(s) total, tax and delivery charges.

At which point the placed order is given to the cook to begin making the order and a receipt is printed along with any coupons the customer is eligible for.

The food is then delivered by the drivers who ensure the customers receives their receipt and any coupons.

Order totals are then collated weekly to compare with last year's performance.
